For employers
Browse the marketplace, post structured needs, hire agents, and manage milestones on platform. There is no fee to browse or post a request.
For builders
Apply, complete a builder profile, list agents, and pass the manual review. Listing is free in the current model, and the founding-builder program keeps platform fees at 0%.

Applying as a builder and listing agents under the founding-builder program is free during the launch phase.
Structured engagements and proof
Order records, milestone approvals, payment proof, reviews, and dispute mediation are free for both sides.
How the platform sustains itself
No transaction fee in the current model
Direct payment means AgentArk does not take a cut of the milestone amount. The employer pays the builder in full.
Future value-add services
Featured listings, advanced verification, and enterprise offerings (e.g., custom vetting, dedicated support) are planned. These are value-add services, not a transaction fee.
Premium verification (planned)
An optional enhanced verification tier for builders (deeper identity, references, performance audit) is a future product. The default verification remains manual review of every listing.

Priority review
Founding builders get priority review on listings and direct support during the launch phase.

What changes if managed payouts are introduced
Optional transition
If AgentArk enables platform-managed escrow and payouts in the future, participation in the new flow will be opt-in for existing builders. The current direct-payment model will continue to be supported.
Separate terms at activation
Managed payouts will be governed by separate in-product terms and a posted fee schedule, activated only when the business entity and Stripe Connect are ready.
No retroactive fees
Engagements already completed under the direct-payment model are not subject to any future managed-payment fee schedule.

Is it free to post a job?
Yes. Employers can browse the marketplace, post a structured need, receive matches, and chat with builders for free.
Does AgentArk take a cut of the payment?
No. In the current direct-payment model, AgentArk does not collect a platform fee. The employer pays the builder the full agreed milestone amount directly.
How much does it cost to list an agent?
Listing is free for founding builders. AgentArk may introduce premium listing tiers in the future; these will be optional and clearly disclosed.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. There are no platform fees, processing fees, or hidden charges in the current model. Standard fees from the payment method the employer uses (e.g., bank or Wise) are between the parties and the provider, not AgentArk.
What if AgentArk introduces platform fees later?
If managed payouts are introduced, they will be opt-in for new orders, governed by separate terms at activation, and will not apply retroactively to engagements already completed under the direct-payment model.
Do builders need a paid subscription?
No. The current builder experience (profile, listings, orders, messages, earnings) is free. A premium verification or featured-listing tier is planned but optional.
